Shattering the Mirror of Self-Doubt: Identify and Overcome Your Inner Critic and limiting belief

Self-doubt, the nagging voice in your head telling you that you’re not good enough, can be a crippling companion. It can drain your confidence, impact your self-esteem, and hold you back from seizing opportunities that could lead to personal growth and success.

This may be a lifelong belief that has stayed with you since childhood or one that has been picked up due to past negative experiences.

Here’s how to identify and overcome self-doubt and your limiting beliefs:

Identifying Self-Doubt

The first step to overcoming self-doubt is recognising its presence and the forms it takes. These may include:

Negative self-talk: This could be a persistent inner voice criticising your actions, questioning your abilities, or predicting failure.
